How is TRT administered?

This is done as a once a week intramuscular injection. The patient will self administer at home.

Are there any potential side effects of TRT?

Testosterone injection may cause side effects. See below but not limited to. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:

  • deepening of voice
  • pain, redness, bruising, bleeding, or hardness at injection site
